The SX-JCQ-2 sampler is an efficient porous suction sampler based on the Anderson impact principle, with an impact velocity of 10.8m/s. The suction device of the instrument directly sucks in microbial particles through micropores and impacts them onto the agar plate through a porous sampling head. After the collection is completed, cover the agar culture dish and perform colony cultivation and colony calculation.
The SX-JCQ-2 is equipped with an efficient suction device that can continuously monitor the suction process. The system measures air and regulates the inflow inhalation volume to maintain 28.3L or 50L. It ensures the microbial impact rate to achieve the highest capture rate. When external factors prevent or disrupt stable flow, the instrument's automatic wind speed adjustment device will ensure stable flow. The sampler is separate from the collection fan and must ensure good air tightness.
