The compressed air detector SX-JYF-001 is used for quality inspection of compressed air in any situation in clean rooms. The detection items are air dust particles and floating bacteria. During the sampling process, the pressure is stable and will not be affected by unstable pressure.
The structural design is simple, with a front mounted flow meter and pressure regulating valve installation method, intuitive control, easy adjustment and disassembly, small size, light weight, and easy to carry and move.
The shell material of the compressed air detector is designed with stainless steel, which is sturdy, reliable, and stable. It does not require calibration for daily use and can be directly connected to the dust particle counter and planktonic bacteria sampler for use. There is no exhaust gas discharge during the sampling process.
