The pressure relief valves PR-10 and PR-100 are used for detecting compressed air quality in cleanrooms. During sampling, the pressure remains stable, ensuring that unstable pressure does not affect the sample volume.
Compressed air is depressurized into atmospheric pressure gas by these valves, allowing it to be combined with a particle counter and a airborne bacteria sampler for sampling purposes.
Simple structure design, intuitive control, small volume, light weight, easy to carry and move.
The pressure relief valve shell is designed with stainless steel, which is firm, reliable and stable. It does not need to be calibrated in daily use and can be directly connected with the dust particle counter.
