The SX-1108 type particle counter is a new generation of online particle counters developed by our company. It has a flow rate of 28.3L/min±5% (i.e., 1 cubic foot CFM), meeting the standards for online dynamic monitoring and complying with ISO 14644-1:2015 and GMP requirements. This product is designed to meet various cleanroom applications, suitable for routine remote real-time monitoring of cleanrooms. The interactive software guides users through the dynamic monitoring of cleanroom environments according to ISO 14644-1:2015 and GMP appendices.
The monitoring results of the cleanroom can be displayed on a terminal display via RS485, WiFi, or Ethernet. The robust, chemically resistant (SUS316L) casing is lightweight and portable, with a streamlined design that minimizes particle traps, making the equipment easy to clean. A 24V DC power supply powers the components. An optional external wireless adapter facilitates wireless network communication, simplifying network system integration. Connects to third-party monitoring systems via Modbus TCP/IP or Modbus RTU protocols for remote management of all particle counters within the system.
