The SX-SG-6500 pure water smoke generator can generate high concentration water vapor (particle size range: 1-10 μ m, concentration above 80%), with high visibility and no pollution. After the water vapor is emitted in the clean room, there are no residual substances. ISO14644-3 and the new version of GMP require an evaluation of the airflow direction for clean room acceptance. The SX-SG-6500 pure water smoke generator is suitable for capturing and recording airflow patterns in clean rooms and local clean environments, and is widely used in semiconductor and pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
