Two is to continue to enhance the support capacity of measurement services. Strive to achieve more than 500 research and development of reference materials, participate in the formulation and revision of 40~50 national measurement technical specifications, apply for 2~3 provincial scientific and technological innovation teams (measurement), etc., and establish and improve the measurement service guarantee capacity in strategic emerging industries, modern service industries and other fields.
